How to build a Tesla coil at home… Rotary Spark Gap build.

Hi Everyone, I am building my rotary spark gap, please can anyone help, making a part to mount my rotor onto.
I don’t have a metal lathe or a pillar drill.
I gave a lot of my tools away because I didn’t use them and now I could really use them, which is typical 🤣.
