More than a century later, power electronics have evolved tremendously. Today I’m pushing a modern Tesla coil concept to its limits. In this video, I’m showing you a pulse-skipping DRSSTC (Dual Resonant Solid State Tesla Coil) capable of producing extremely long, violent sparks from a surprisingly compact setup.
